Winning these awards is particularly gratifying considering the high calibre of nationwide finalists Webb Ross was up against, namely: AJ Park, Anderson Lloyd, Baldwins, BlackmanSpargo, Fortune Manning, James & Wells and Lane Neave.
Webb Ross, the Supreme winner overall received numerous commendations from its employees echoing their confidence in the firm. Two of these comments were read out at the Award evening:
"The standout feature of the firm is the strong degree of trust shown to employees, which is probably the most important thing the partners can do for that relationship.
It's a mature relationship when occasional lapses by individuals do not reduce the trust shown in employees generally."
"Other places I have worked for seem lousy compared to this firm. This is by far the best place to work and would be ideal to showcase for training other businesses."

Effort has been made in creating greater staff communication and involvement in the decision making processes with the values and goals of the firm together with the strategic planning. This is helping to strengthen the culture of excellence, commitment, personal development, motivation, accountability and financial success.
