A single Timpany Walton partner is responsible, as client manager, for receiving all client instructions and ensuring that they are appropriately delegated, monitoring completion of the work, and supervising all reporting to the client. 

Individual client cases are handled by a team, which is selected by the supervising partner according to the requirements of the project.

The selection of the client partner depends on the type of work to be completed and the preference of the client as to the partner they are comfortable dealing with.
