People are our lifeblood at Timpany Walton and we run a regular programme of recruitment to attract new talent. We like to reward the initiative, energy, and enterprise of our own people through promotion whenever possible.

Timpany Walton emphasises the ongoing training of its partners and staff through a regular training programme. We have also conducted regular training programmes for members of the Lawlink Group.

Timpany Walton's offices are located in Timaru, ideally positioned midway between Christchurch and Dunedin. Timaru offers an excellent climate and relaxed lifestyle with easy access to dozens of recreational and leisure pursuits. The inland Canterbury and Central Otago lakes and mountains are readily accessible for those interested in outdoor activities.
