Lower company tax rate - worth restructuring your affairs?

The new company tax rate of 30% came into force on 1 April 2008. The previous rate had been 33%. In light of the lowering of the tax rate, it may be appropriate to consider restructuring your affairs to utilise a company as your trading entity.
